Anna Soroka, Associate
Anna's practice involves a wide variety of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, and private placement transactions. She also assists clients in civil litigation, covering a wide range of commercial issues. Anna's experience also includes day to day corporate matters, where she provides companies with legal advice on a full range of routine and complex corporate and commercial issues. Anna received her law degree (LLB, Summa cum Laude, 2010) and MBA, with major specialization in finance (expected Magna cum Laude, 2011) from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. During her studies Anna received several awards, including the Eva and Abraham Feldman Award for Outstanding Students from former USSR for academic achievements. Before entering private practice, Anna was a Research Assistant and a Teaching Assistant at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem (Corporate Law, Securities Regulation, M&A). Anna joined Ephraim Abramson & Co. in 2012 after completing her internship under the honorable Justice of the Supreme Court, Ayala Procaccia.
