Dror Gidron, Partner
Dror's practice consists mainly of civil, administrative, and corporate litigation. He has argued hundreds of cases before all levels of Israeli courts, including the Israeli Supreme Court, as well as in arbitration proceedings. Dror has extensive experience litigating matters relating to mergers, shareholder disputes, tortious profit forecasts, administrative and constitutional law, telecommunication law, broadcasting, and intellectual property. Dror specializes in complex cases and claims that involve technical and scientific issues. Dror also advises commercial clients in all aspects of their activities, and advises the Israeli Second Television Authority in telecommunications, broadcasting and advertising law and ethics.
Dror received an LL.M. (2004) and LL.B. (2002, with honors, Dean's list) from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and was a Teaching Assistant in Private International Law from 2002-2003 and a Research Assistant from 2001-2003.
