Irit Tal, Associate
Irit practices mainly in the fields of civil and commercial litigation. She also advises the firm’s corporate clients in their day-to-day affairs, and is involved with the negotiation and drafting of commercial agreements. She received an LL.B. in law (with honors) in 2008 from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, where she was awarded the Isenberg Award for Academic Achievement. Irit joined Ephraim Abramson & Co. in 2010 after completing successive internships at the Israeli Supreme Court under Justice Hayut and with the firm of Yigal Arnon & Co.
