Moshe Rosenblatt, Associate
Moshe's practice focuses primarily on real estate and encompasses the full range of issues that arise in the course of various real estate transactions. Moshe provides his clients with comprehensive advice and support throughout the life of a transaction, including negotiation of commercial terms, management of the technical aspects of a transaction, advice and representation on taxation issues and regulatory matters vis-à-vis the relevant authorities. Moshe advises several of the firm's foreign clients, helping them to navigate the ins and outs of the legal process and allowing them to focus on their objectives. Moshe also advises clients on a range of commercial issues, and provides legal guidance on matters of civil law in relation to litigation and other forms of dispute resolution. Moshe received an LL.B. in 2011 (in honors) from Bar-Ilan University. He joined Ephraim Abramson & Co. after completing his internship with the firm.
